23370 SW Boones Ferry Road. Tualatin, OR, 97062. Tucked back in a beautiful setting, Horizon HS is just off the North Wilsonville #286 exit. Take a right off the exit and continue onto Boones Ferry Rd as if you are going to Tualatin High School. The school will be on your right. There is plenty of parking!
